1. No cancellation/amendment charges in case it is made 15 days prior to the check in date.

2. Cancellation received within 15 days to the date of check in will be subject to 100% retention charges.

3. 100% retention charges in case of a no show.

4. No Refunds will be made in case of an early check out.
